The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic antibacterial knitted fabric which is of a sandwich fabric structure and sequentially comprises a waterproof nanofiber surface layer, a hollow layer and a lining layer from outside to inside, wherein the waterproof nanofiber surface layer is formed by weaving super-hydrophobic fiber yarn; the hollow layer is made of polyester filament yarn; and the lining layer is made of antibacterial fiber yarn. The invention further provides a preparation method of the knitted fabric.
