The invention discloses a lifting appliance insulation detection device. The insulation detection device comprises a resistance tester, an insulation judgment module and an alarm chain stop control module; the resistance tester is used for measuring a parallel value of the resistance between a carbon brush of a tested lifting appliance and a trolley and the resistance between the carbon brush of the tested lifting appliance and a joint box, and the parallel value is sent to the insulation judgment module; the insulation judgment module is used for outputting an alarm signal to the alarm chainstop control module when the received parallel value is smaller than a preset resistance set value; and the alarm chain stop control module is used for giving an alarm and controlling a conveying system using the detected lifting appliance to stop running when receiving the alarm signal. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the insulation detection efficiency of the lifting appliance can be effectively improved. 本
