The invention discloses a carbon fiber composite material forming mold frame with a turnover function. The mold frame comprises a rack, a fixed mold plate, an inclined mold plate, an inclined oil cylinder and a movable mold plate, wherein the fixed mold plate is vertically mounted at one side of the rack, the inclined mold plate is movably and vertically arranged at the other side of the rack, a linear guide rail is horizontally arranged in the middle of the rack, a trolley is arranged on the linear guide rail, the movable mold plate is vertically mounted on the trolley, the two ends of the inclined oil cylinder are connected with the inclined mold plate and the rack respectively, and an oil cylinder driving device is arranged on the fixed mold plate. According to the mold frame, the movable mold plate is pushed by the oil cylinder driving device to move smoothly on the rack, and the linear guide rail is used, so that the return precision is high, the horizontal movement is smooth, mounting is simple and conv
