The invention provides a cargo warehouse management method and system based on a block chain, and the method comprises the following steps: writing an intelligent contract into a block chain network after a transaction between a cargo owner and a logistics party is established and the intelligent contract is generated; before warehousing, writing the logistics information of the goods into a blockchain network, and broadcasting, wherein the logistics information of the goods comprises information of logistics suppliers and freight masters, and the position information of the goods; during warehousing, reading warehousing commodity information through an embedded wireless radio frequency identification method, and writing the warehousing commodity information into the block chain; writingthe received goods information, the audited goods information and the classified goods information into the block chain; monitoring goods storage warehouse information including storage temperature, storage conditions and stor
