The corrosion-resistant wear-resistant steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.14-0.22% of C, 0.10-1.00% of Si, 0.1-1.0% of Mn, less than 0.015% of P, less than 0.005% of S, 3.00-6.00% of Cr, 0.00-1.50% of Ni, 0.00-0.80% of Mo, 0.02-0.06% of Als, 0.0008-0.005% of B, 0.0015-0.0040% of Ca and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements, wherein Ca/S>/=1, and the volume fraction of a lath martensite structure in the steel plate is larger thanor equal to 95%.
