Summary: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of a carbon material with super-high hardness, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of super-hard materials. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: dispersing fullerene into nano diamond powder, uniformly mixing, putting into a high-pressure device, sintering for 1 hour under the conditions of temperature and pressureof 13GPa and 2100k, quenching a sample, relieving the pressure to normal pressure, grinding, polishing and cleaning to obtain the pure composite super-hard carbon material. According to the invention,the composite super-hard carbon material is prepared by doping with a small amount of fullerene and sintering at high temperature and high pressure, and the prepared composite superhard carbon material has great application potential and value in the fields of aerospace, geological exploration, machine tools and the like.
