The invention relates to a toe end disinfection device. The device comprises a medicine containing cavity and a sealing part. The medicine containing cavity is of a cavity body structure with an opening, a cavity body is provided with an observation window, and the situation in the medicine containing cavity can be observed conveniently in the using process. A medicine injection opening with a medicine injection plug is formed in the side face of the medicine containing cavity, and liquid medicine can be injected into the medicine containing cavity through the medicine injection opening. The medicine containing cavity is further provided with a medicine releasing opening with a medicine releasing plug, and the medicine releasing opening can be used for releasing liquid medicine in the medicine containing cavity. The sealing part is of a closed annular structure, one end of the sealing part is fixedly connected with an opening in the medicine containing cavity, the length of the sealingpart is not smaller than
