A wire feeding apparatus (100) is provided with: a motor (10); feeding rolls (24) which are driven by the motor (10); pressure rolls (23) each of which feeds a welding wire held between the pressure rolls (23) and the feeding rolls (24); a feeding unit housing (21) to which the feeding rolls (24), the pressure rolls (23), and the motor (10) are mounted; and a frame (30) to which the feeding unit housing (21) is mounted. The feeding unit housing (21) is mounted to the frame (30) via an insulation plate (81) that is disposed therebetween. The motor (10) is mounted to the feeding unit housing (21) via an insulation plate (80) that is disposed therebetween.
