The disposal tape (10) includes a fixed section (12), an extendable section (15), and a fastening section (18) arranged in this order in the longitudinal direction (X1) of the disposal tape (10) and is folded in three such that these sections are stacked in this order. The fastening section (18) and the extendable section (15) areseparably joined together, and the extendable section (15) and the fixed section (12) are also separably joined together.
