The method comprises the following steps of preprocessing a rock sample three-dimensional scanning datavolume to obtain an initial rock sample three-dimensional scanning data volume; converting the initial rock sample three-dimensional scanning data volume into a seismic data volume; and extracting a plurality of crack pieces according to the seismic data volume, and calculating the opening degrees of the plurality of crack pieces to realize crack depiction. According to the method, by reconstructing the geometric distribution of the micro-cracks in the rock sample, the extracted micro-cracks can truly reflect the geometric structure of the cracks in the rock sample, and can be directly appliedto core-scale discrete crack modeling and numerical simulation, so that related rock sample seepage experiment results are verified and analyzed, and meanwhile, more intuitive and detailed understanding on the micro-cracks in
