The silicone rubber with the elongation at break higher than 300% is prepared fromvinyl silicone oil, a flexible unsaturated polymer, reinforcing filler, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, a catalyst and an inhibitor. In order to obtain the silicon rubber with high elongation at break, a flexible high polymer is introduced into a main chain or a side chain of a silicon rubber molecule by utilizing a hydrosilylation reaction, so that the elasticity of the silicon rubber is improved. The mechanical property of the product is conveniently adjusted by changing the variety and chemical structure of the flexible unsaturated polymer, and the tensile strength of the product is greater than or equal to 2MPa by adding the reinforcing filler into the silicone rubber formula.
