Summary: | The invention relates to silicone rubber with elongation at break higher than 300% and a preparation method thereof. The silicone rubber with the elongation at break higher than 300% is prepared fromvinyl silicone oil, a flexible unsaturated polymer, reinforcing filler, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, a catalyst and an inhibitor. In order to obtain the silicon rubber with high elongation at break, a flexible high polymer is introduced into a main chain or a side chain of a silicon rubber molecule by utilizing a hydrosilylation reaction, so that the elasticity of the silicon rubber is improved.
