A black box device for online car hailing comprises a main shell and an outer shell fixedly covering the outer side of the main shell. Supporting plates are welded to the two sides of the main shell,through grooves used for assembling screws are formed in the surfaces of the supporting plates, and a positioning subunit, a local storage subunit, an audio and video acquisition subunit, an emergencyalarm subunit, a remote control subunit, a remote monitoring and intercom subunit, a power management subunit and a 5G transmission subunit are arranged in the main shell. Side plates are movably assembled at the opening ends of the two sides of the outer shell; the remote cloud platform is wirelessly connected with the 5G transmission subunit; the device has the advantages that three-die combined positioning is achieved, and rapid and accurate positioning can be fully guaranteed. The black box device automatically collects and stores audios and videos in a vehicle in real time, can give an emergency alarm in a pre-em
