The embodiment of the invention discloses a human body detection device, the device sets a door region image in a current image frame, and the door region image comprises a first region image corresponding to a first position region and a second region image corresponding to a second position region. Therefore, the target position area of the human body possibly existing in the current image framecan be determined based on the first area image and the second area image, and the target position area is added to the position list under the condition that the target position area of the currentimage frame is the first position area or the second position area. The position list is used for storing the target position areas of multiple continuous image frames, so that the target position areas in the position list can be further utilized to determine the personnel flow condition, whether a human body exists in the current image frame or not is determined based on the personnel flow condition, and the accuracy of
