The invention discloses a valve stent and a cardiac valve comprising the same. The valve stent is provided with a flowing-in end and a flowing-out end, wherein a position which is near the flowing-inend is inwards concave to form a waist part so as to determine and restrict the position of the valve stent; and the flowing-out end is provided with a connection part which is used for connecting with a conveying system. The cardiac valve comprises a valve body, a skirt and the above valve stent, wherein the valve body is arranged on the inner side of the valve stent, the skirt is an elastomer, and the elastomer is connected with the valve body and is arranged on the surrounding wall of the valve stent for sealing the periphery of the valve. The cardiac valve provided by the invention has anactive positioning function, can effectively prevent displacement of the valve stent which is finished being positioned, and has the characteristic that the cardiac valve can actively position and adapt to an aorta valve ring.
