Summary: | The invention discloses a regulation effect of hydrogen-rich water on genes related to intestinal cholesterol metabolism. By studying the index of participating in cholesterol metabolism in the intestinal tract of a hypercholesterolemia mouse after intervention of the hydrogen-rich water, the change of the expression level of ASBT and IBABP proteins and observation of pathological sections of theintestinal tract, the influence of the hydrogen-rich water on the cholesterol metabolism of the intestinal tract of the mouse and the possible mechanism are discussed. Experiments show that the hydrogen-rich water can relieve intestinal tissue damage caused by high-fat emulsion, and by up-regulating the expression level of FXR and down-regulating the expression of ASBT and IBABP, bile acid reabsorption is inhibited, bile acid excretion is promoted, and the cholesterol level in the body is reduced, so that the hydrogen-rich water can be used for preparing a medicine for reducing cholesterol.
