The method comprises: creating a food material database; inputting required nutrients and recommended intake thereof by a user, and selecting alternative food materials; searching food materials input by a user in a food material database, exporting corresponding nutritional ingredients of the food materials, and constructing a linear programming equation in combination with nutrients input by the user and recommended intake of the nutrients; solving the equation by utilizing a genetic algorithm improved by crossover probability and mutation probability, then eliminating food materials which are too small in weight and too close to each other, and outputting a final food material proportioning scheme.
