Summary:The invention provides a device and method for measuring the ovality of a tunnel segment. Then, the distances between the measuring assembly and the vertexes of the tunnel segment in the vertical direction and after themeasuring assembly rotates by a certain angle are measured respectively; coordinates of the corresponding vertexes after the measuring assembly rotates by a certain angle are calculated, an ellipticity equation is fitted through a least square method, and the ellipticity of the tunnel segment is calculated.
