The invention discloses a combined coating device and method applied to a coating machine. The combined coating device comprises a material basin, a coating roller, a transfer adhesive roller, a transfer steel roller, a transmission device and a scraper, wherein a basin cavity of the material basin is filled with paint; the coating roller is soaked in the paint of the material basin; the transferadhesive roller is fixed onto a first linear guide rail pair; the transfer steel roller is fixed on a second linear guide rail pair; the transmission device is connected to the transfer steel roller,the transfer adhesive roller and the coating roller through telescopic couplers, and drives the transfer steel roller, the transfer adhesive roller and the coating roller to rotate; and the scraper isattached to the outer surface of the coating roller and is used for uniformly scraping an adhesive layer on the outer surface of the coating roller. The combined coating device and method applied tothe coating machine provided
