The invention discloses a method and a system for obtaining a power grid power flow simulation sample based on section adjustment. The method comprises the following steps: determining a section sending end region set and a section receiving end region set according to acquired power grid power flow sample data; selecting a section sending end area and a section receiving end area for combination,and determining a section sending end area bus set and a section receiving end area bus set; determining a section sending end generator set and a section receiving end generator set; determining a power gear corresponding to each generator according to the active power of the generator and a preset filing strategy; and determining an entrance generator and an exit generator according to the power gear corresponding to each generator, and obtaining a power grid tide simulation sample according to the entrance state and the exit state of each generator. According to the method and the system,a large number of power gr
