The method comprises the steps: obtaining first information, transmitted by terminal equipment of an order receiver, in the terminal equipment; if it is determined that the order receiver is a target person according to the first information, obtaining a driving space-time trackof candidate orders received by the order receiver; determining one or more parking points of the candidate orders according to the driving space-time track; and finally determining whether the candidate order is a target order according to the determined one or more parking points.
