The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile construction method. The method comprises the following steps of drilling, wherein a spiral drill rod is used for drilling a hole in a construction site till the drilling depth of the spiral drill rod reaches the pile length, and the spiral drill rod provides centrifugal force for a drilled object so that the drilled object can be screwed out of a pilehole along a spiral blade of the spiral drill rod; pile fixing, wherein after drilling is finished, the spiral drill rod is lifted out of the pile hole, in the drill lifting process, fluid is conveyedinto the pile hole from a hollow pipeline of the spiral drill rod, the drill lifting speed is in direct proportion to the conveying speed of the fluid, and the conveying pressure of the fluid is keptat 1-2 MPa in the drill lifting process; and (3) hole cleaning, wherein after the spiral drill rod is lifted out of the pile hole, a reinforcement cage is put into the pile hole, and then the fluid in the pile hole is removed
