Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of models for science, medicines or mathematics, and discloses an animal model for protecting high-oxygen exposed lung and brain injury by umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. Continuous high-oxygen is adopted to induce lung and brain injury in a rat model, and besides, lentiviral vector mediated green fluorescent protein labeled human umbilical cordblood mesenchymal stem cells are constructed. Trachea, nasal cavity and vein transplantation is adopted, and UC-MSc field planting, growth tracking and apoptosis detection, parallel histological evaluation, oxidative stress and inflammatory factor detection and function evaluation are performed. According to the invention, a lentiviral vector carrying GFP is used for transfecting UC-MSc, and threetransplantation methods of trachea, nasal cavity and caudal vein injection of the UC-MSc are adopted for comparison.
