The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a molecular sieve and a wastewater utilization method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing raw materials in water to obtain a mixture, (2) putting the mixture into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for crystallization, performing solid-liquid separation after crystallization to obtain a solid product and motherliquor wastewater, and collecting the mother liquor wastewater, (3) washing, drying and calcining the solid product to obtain a molecular sieve, or adding the solid product into an ion exchange solution containing copper ions for ion exchange, and then sequentially carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, drying and calcining treatment to obtain the molecular sieve, and (4) repeating the step (1), and meanwhile, recycling the mother liquor wastewater collected in the step (2) and adding the recycled mother liquor wastewater into the step (1), so that the raw material part in the step (1) comes from the mother l
