The invention discloses a control system of a toilet paper rewinding production line. The control system comprises a programmable controller and a main shaft speed measurement encoder, the programmable controller is connected with an emergency stop button, a remote control receiver, a touch screen, a main frequency conversion analog speed signal and a main motor frequency converter, the remote control receiver is connected with a remote control transmitter, the main motor frequency converter is connected with a body paper feeding frequency converter, the body paper feeding frequency converteris connected with a brake, and the brake is connected with the programmable controller. The main shaft speed measurement encoder is connected with a shaft pressing frequency converter, a lower rewinding frequency converter and a punching knife frequency converter/servo driver, and the shaft pressing frequency converter, the lower rewinding frequency converter and the punching knife frequency converter/servo driver are con
