Summary: | The invention discloses a method for removing lignin from plant fiber. The method comprises the following steps: crushing a plant fiber raw material to be delignified, adding the crushed plant fiber raw material to a persulfate solution, and soaking the crushed plant fiber raw material at room temperature to obtain a mixed material; heating the mixed material at a constant temperature for hours under the stirring condition; and performing solid-liquid separation, and repeatedly washing an obtained solid with water to neutrality to obtain delignified fiber. The delignifing rate of the method can be as high as 96.6%; compared with processes of the traditional sodium chlorite method, the chlorine-ethanolamine method, the chlorine dioxide method, the peracetic acid method, the peracetic acid-sodium borohydride method and the like, the method for removing lignin from plant fiber is easy to operate, and has short process flow, low energy consumption and low environmental harm.
