The invention provides a pseudorabies virus attenuated strain which is a pseudorabies virus TK deleted strain and is prepared by deleting a TK gene from a porcine pseudorabies virus QD strain. The preservation number of the pseudorabies virus QD strain is CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No. 10266. The invention also provides an application of the pseudorabies virusattenuated strain in preparation of a pseudorabies vaccine. The pseudorabies virus attenuated strain is obtained by performing TK gene deletion treatment on a preserved pseudorabies virus strain, andcompared with a previous construction method, brdU pressure and EGFP fluorescence labeling double screening is adopted, so that the purification generation and the purification time of a recombinant pseudorabies virus virus are shortened; and the recombinant pseudorabies virus is low in pathogenicity and strong in immunogenicity, and the attenuated live vaccine prepared from the modified pseudorabies virus attenuated strai
