The invention discloses a method for treating heavy metal polluted bottom mud through ultrasonic wave-compound acid extraction-chemical precipitation. The method comprises the processes of bottom mudpre-acidification, ultrasonic extraction, bottom mud drying and dewatering, extraction liquid chemical precipitation, acid recycling and the like. The method comprises the steps of performing pre-acidification treatment on the bottom mud, adding a complexing agent, and performing chemical dissolution and effective complexing on heavy metals in the sludge under the action of ultrasonic waves to separate out the heavy metals from the bottom mud; enabling the purified bottom mud to be be safely disposed or utilized after being dehydrated and dried; and carrying out neutralizing and chemically precipitating on the precipitated liquid, and continuously recycling the supernate to the heavy metal extraction process of the acidified sludge. The method is reasonable in process route, moderate in operation cost, capable of
