Summary: | The invention discloses a demand response optimization scheduling method and system. The method comprises the steps: obtaining an excitation level of a power grid for participation of a user in demandresponse for each moment based on a pre-built user behavior model and the lowest threshold of a comprehensive participation intention of all users; and based on the excitation level of the power gridto the user participation demand response and a demand response scheduling load prediction total capacity at each moment, performing optimization calculation on the minimum cost of the power grid scheduling demand response to obtain a load resource scheduling mode when the cost is minimum, wherein the user behavior model is constructed based on a relationship between a probability that the user participates in the demand response and the power grid excitation level.
