Summary:The invention provides an RS485-based infrared signal transmission control method and system in the technical field of embedded equipment. The method comprises the following steps of S10, starting a camera, entering a transparent transmission mode by default, and sending a received first infrared signal to embedded equipment by the camera through a first RS485 interface and a second RS485 interface, S20, enabling the embedded equipment to control the camera to execute corresponding operation based on the received first infrared signal, S30, enabling the camera to receive a control signal of the embedded equipment or the remote controller to close the transparent transmission mode, and S40, enabling the camera to directly execute a corresponding operation based on the received second infrared signal.
