Summary:A tailing pond internal displacement monitoring point layout method based on a dangerous sliding arc comprises the following steps of 1, on a horizontal step on the surface of a tailing pond, selecting one step as a displacement monitoring point every other certain elevation, installing a GPS, and determining the track of the dangerous sliding arc; and 2, vertically and downwards digging a well according to the plurality of selected displacement monitoring points until the position of the dangerous slip arc in the tailings pond is reached, installing at least two inclinometer sensors in each deep well, and enabling the inclinometer sensor at the lowermost part in each deep well to be positioned on the track of the dangerous slip arc.
