The invention discloses a lateral bending forming tool for a guide arm and relates to the field of manufacturing of guide arms of air suspensions. The tool comprises a tool table, a clamping mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a leaning mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is fixed to the tool table for clamping the guide arm; the rotating mechanism is rotatably fixed to the tool table; and the leaning mechanism is fixed to the rotating mechanism; and after the clamping mechanism clamps one end of the guide arm, the rotating mechanism rotates to drive the leaning mechanism acted to the other end of the guide arm to laterally bend and form the guide arm. By way of clamping and bending and forming successively, the dimensional stability of the formed guide arm is improved.
