The invention relates to a method for preparing antioxidant rice protein by utilizing rice residues. The method comprises the following steps of: (1), pre-processing rice residues; (2), crushing; (3),performing enzymolysis; (4), washing; (5), performing micro-crushing; (6), degreasing; (7), separating; (8), sterilizing at high temperature; and (9), performing mixed storage.
