The invention relates to an ordered data access method and system, and the method comprises the steps that: a transmitted message is composed of a plurality of blocks of ordered data, each block comprises a block content and a position identifier, and the block contents are sequentially assembled into the transmitted message; the sender calculates the hash value of the block content, activates thecode of the position identifier by using the randomly generated initial value of the position identifier code, sets the initial value as the code of the position identifier of the adjacent block before the initial value, generates the code of the position identifier of the current block, and generates the block content code by calculating the hash value of the code of the position identifier of each block; wherein the encoding information of the transmitted message comprises a position identifier encoding initial value, the encoding of the position identifier of each block and the encoding ofthe content of the block;
