Summary: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing dihydrojasmone under acidic condition, which comprises the following steps: S1, adding methyl 3-oxo-2-amyl-1-cyclopentene-1-acetate into a reaction kettle provided with a mechanical stirrer, a water separator and a reflux condenser pipe, and starting stirring; S2, adding an acid solution into the reaction kettle at room temperature, uniformly stirring, heating to reflux, reacting for 5-8 hours under the reflux condition at 60-100 DEG C, standing for layering, and separating out a water phase 1 to obtain an organic phase 1; and S3, adding a sodium sulfate aqueous solution into the organic phase, stirring for 10-30 minutes, standing for layering, separating out a water phase 2 to obtain an organic phase 2, carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the organic phase 2, and collecting a fraction to obtain the dihydrojasmone.
