Summary: | The invention provides an active brazing flux, a metal oxide film removing method and a tin-coating method. The metal oxide film removing method comprises the following steps of step 1, getting and weighing raw materials for preparing the active brazing flux, and preparing the active brazing flux: adding weighed stannous chloride into concentrated hydrochloric acid, then adding zinc particles to asaturated state, and fully reacting; step 2, performing mechanical cleaning on a to-be-brazed region of a part which is difficult to be removed of the metal oxide film, after cleaning, putting the to-be-brazed region into the active brazing flux for soaking, and performing removal of the metal oxide film.
