Summary:The invention relates to a method for recycling valuable components in rare earth ore concentrate step by step. The method includes the following steps that (1) the rare earth ore concentrate is subjected to fluidization roasting and hydrochloric acid selective dissolution in sequence, and then thorium-containing cerium-rich ore and a trivalent rare earth solution are obtained by solid-liquid separation; (2) the thorium-containing cerium-rich ore obtained in step (1) is subjected to alkaline liquor treatment and aging in sequence, and then rewash refuse and a solution containing F and P are obtained by solid-liquid separation; and (3) acid leaching is performed on leaching residues described in step (2), and a solution containing cerium and thorium is obtained.
