The invention relates to a stereoscopic storage warehouse of a vehicle bumper spraying part. The warehouse comprises at least one outer frame and a top layer material frame and multiple layers of movable material plates disposed inside the outer frame, wherein the top layer material frame comprises a top hoisting frame, a bottom material plate and a side rod; the adjacent movable material plates and the upmost movable material plate and the top layer material frame are connected by hoisting belts; the outer frame is mainly constituted of four vertical rods and a top frame; a guide rail is disposed on each vertical rod; two pulleys are disposed on the top layer material frame and the movable material plate respectively; the pulleys are located inside the guiderail of the vertical rod; a motor and a rope winding roll driven by the motor are installed on the outer frame; the bottom end of a pull rope connected on the rope winding roll is connected to the top layer material frame; and a supporting assembly used f
