The invention relates to a container mobile intelligent carrying method, which comprises the following steps of: performing container dangerous chemical characteristic classification identification processing on containers unloaded from a wharf, and combining a signal-to-noise ratio detection result according to a spectrum sensing result of each container truck and a dispatching vehicle; screeningoptimal container trucks and optimal dispatching vehicles participating during carrying of containers of the corresponding types through the calculated perception confidence indexes, and then makingmatching judgment of dangerous chemical characteristics of the containers and the optimal container trucks and the optimal dispatching vehicles of the different optimal container trucks.
