Summary:The invention discloses fluorescent active cellulose gel based on polyionic liquid as well as preparation and application thereof. The fluorescent active cellulose gel is obtained by reacting a PIL macromolecular modification reagent with cellulose treated by a urea alkaline aqueous solution at 40-80 DEG C, wherein the PIL macromolecular modification reagent is obtained by RAFT copolymerization reaction of an ionic liquid monomer and a luminous monomer. The gel has good luminescence capability.
