The invention discloses a low-temperature transferring method. The low-temperature transferring method comprises the steps that after a clamp is refrigerated to form a first low-temperature storage area in the clamp, the clamp is used for clamping objects to be stored and taken for transferring treatment, and the objects are enabled to be located in the first low-temperature storage area in the transferring process. In the process that the clamp clamps and transfers the objects, the objects are located in the low-temperature storage area formed by the clamp to keep low-temperature storage, sothat the influence of room-temperature environment temperature is reduced, and low-temperature storing and taking in the whole process are achieved to improve transportation reliability in the transferring process. 本发明公开了一种低温转运方法，包括：对夹具进行制冷处理以在夹具中形成第一低温存储区域后，再利用夹具夹取待存取的物品进行转运处理，并使得物品在转运过程中位于第一低温存储区域中。夹具夹取物品转运过程中，物品位于夹具形成的低温存储区域保持低温存储，以减小室温环境温度的影响，实现全程低温存取以提高转运过程中的运输可靠性。
