A control module is connected with a motor through a motor drivingmodule; the motor is connected with a ventilation device of the cable interlayer chamber and controls the ventilation device to be opened or closed according to the control instruction; the control module is connected with a dust concentration collection module to obtain the dust state of the outdoor environment, and controls the ventilation device to be closed when the dust state exceeds a threshold value; the control module is connected with a wind speed acquisition module to acquire outdoor environment wind speed, and controls the ventilation device to be closed when the wind speed exceedsa threshold value; the control module is connected with a weather information acquisition module to acquire whether the outdoor environment rains or not, and controls the ventilation device to be closed when it rains.
