The flame-retardant polyester fiber fabric comprises an inner layer, a hollow layer and a surface layer; the surface layer is arrangedon the inner layer; the hollow layer is formed between the inner layer and the surface layer; the hollow layer is connected with the inner layer and the surface layer by flame-retardant polyester fiber filaments through tucks; the flame-retardant polyester fiber filaments are obtained by carrying out melt spinning on color master batches and polyester chips, wherein the color master batches contain nano silicon dioxide graft modified powder and a phosphorus flame retardant, and the polyester is one or more of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate.
