The invention discloses a health monitoring method and system, computer equipment and a storage medium. The health monitoring method executed by the application program installed on a terminal comprises the steps of establishing connection with a monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device is used for being placed at the designated position of the body of a user; receiving physical state dataof the user acquired by the monitoring device; sending the body state data to a background server, wherein the background server is used for processing the body state data collected in a preset period, generating a health data report used for health state analysis and generating a health assessment report; and receiving a health assessment report returned by the background server. According to the invention, the accuracy of user disease judgment by medical personnel can be greatly improved, misdiagnosis or missing diagnosis can be avoided, other functional modules do not need to be arranged on the monitoring device,
