The three-way loading test devicecomprises a mounting seat, a hinging device, a loading rod, a longitudinal loading hydraulic cylinder, a transverse loading hydraulic cylinder and a vertical loading hydraulic cylinder; the mounting seat and the loading rod are connected through the hinging device and are positioned on the same axis; the longitudinal loading hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the tail end of the loading rod and provides a longitudinal load for the hinging device through the loading rod; the transverse loading hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the joint of the loading rod and the hinging device and provides a transverse load for the hinging device; and the vertical loading hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the joint of the loading rod and the hinging device and provides a vertical load for the hinging device.
