The invention discloses an air supply device and air supply equipment. The air supply device comprises a flow guide structure and a wind wheel structure. The wind wheel structure can rotate relative to the flow guide structure. The wind wheel structure is used for conducting first-stage guiding on air going into the wind wheel structure to form first-stage air. The flow guide structure is used forconducting second-stage guiding on at least one part of first-stage air, so that at least one part of second-stage air formed through second-stage guiding is blown out in the axial direction of the flow guide structure. Thus, t cooperation of the flow guide structure and the wind wheel structure, the air pressure, air speed and air supply capacity of the air supply device can be increased.
