Summary:The invention discloses a T-shaped joint groove welding method. A T-shaped joint comprises a first workpiece and at least one second workpiece. To-be-connected parts of the first workpiece and the second workpieces are welding positions, and single V-shaped grooves are formed in the welding positions. The to-be-welded faces of the second workpieces form the groove faces of the single V grooves, and the angles of the groove faces of the second workpieces are completely the same or partially the same or completely different. The welding method specifically comprises the steps of bottom layer welding, filling layer welding and covering layer welding. Multi-layer and multi-pass welding is adopted for the filling layer welding. During multi-layer and multi-pass welding, the thicknesses of multi-pass weld joints in each layer of weld joints are controlled to be uniform and consistent, so that the angle between the surface of each weld joint and the corresponding unwelded groove surface is not smaller than 90 degree
