Abstract The invention discloses an industrial processing technology of a meat stuffing food, which comprises the following steps: (1) putting prepared meat stuffing into a meat stuffing barrel, and refrigerating for later use, (2) slicing the refrigerated meat stuffing, pasting glutinous rice paper or oil absorption paper on the upper layer and the lower layer of each sliced stuffing to obtain a meat stuffing inner layer of the vegetable stuffed food, and putting the meat stuffing inner layer into a vacuum package for freezing, and (3) boiling soup stock, bagging or barreling the soup stock, and freezing or refrigerating.
