The present invention relates to a method of purifying a recombinant polypeptide from Host Cell Proteins (HCP), the method comprising: (a) applying a solution comprising the recombinant polypeptide and HCP to a superantigen chromatography solid support, (b) washing the superantigen chromatography solid support with a wash buffer comprising caprylate and arginine; and (c) eluting the recombinant polypeptide from the superantigen chromatography solid support, wherein the recombinant polypeptide is an anti-ICOS antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof. 本发明涉及纯化重组多肽并分离掉宿主细胞蛋白(HCP)的方法，所述方法包括：(a)将包含所述重组多肽和HCP的溶液施加至超抗原色谱固体支持物，(b)用包含辛酸盐和精氨酸的洗涤缓冲液洗涤所述超抗原色谱固体支持物；和(c)从所述超抗原色谱固体支持物洗脱所述重组多肽，其中所述重组多肽是抗ICOS抗体或其抗原结合片段。
