The invention relates to a method and device for predicting user behaviors, electronic equipment and a storage medium. In one method, in response to a first action performed by a user at a first pointin time, a user action graph is generated based on a plurality of types of a plurality of historical actions performed by the user, the user action graph describing an order in which the plurality ofhistorical actions are performed by the user. Based on the user action graph, a time dependence relationship among the multiple types is obtained. Based on the first action and the time dependence relationship, a second action to be executed by the user at a second time point after the first time point is determined. Furthermore, the invention provides a corresponding device, electronic equipmentand a storage medium. By means of the implementation mode, the time dependence relation among the multiple types can be obtained based on the multiple historical actions which comprises the multipletypes, and then the behavior
