The invention discloses a device for acquiring the temperature distribution of radiant tubes. The device comprises a heat-resistant steel wire, wherein a blocking head is arranged at the front end ofthe heat-resistant steel wire, a plurality of armored thermocouples are fixed to the heat-resistant steel wire through fixing sleeves, a handle is arranged at the rear end of the heat-resistant steelwire, and compensation wires sequentially connected with the armored thermocouples are arranged at the rear end of the heat-resistant steel wire. The invention further provides a radiant tube operation state adjusting method. According to the method, the operating states of the radiant tubes are adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the coal gas pressure on line according to the temperature distribution of the radiant tubes and tail gas component data, the operating states of the radiant tubes can be directly judged, and all the radiant tubes in a heat treatment furnace are adjusted to the same temperature distrib
